When our clients walk into our office, we want them to find a friendly, smiling face and a helping hand.
The ideal candidate has excellent communication and multitasking skills, is comfortable answering the telephone, a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
We're looking for someone who can manage multiple tasks at once without becoming overwhelmed.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Answer the 6 line phone system in a timely manner and direct calls as required Greet clients as soon as they arrive and connect them with the appropriate party Data entry using computer programs Make and schedule client meetings Maintain filing and storage systems in the office Maintain office supply inventory Read and route incoming mail and process outgoing mail Run errands to post office and courthouses Required Skills:
Professional phone manner and excellent customer service skills Able to lift 50 pounds Experience with computer programs such as Windows and Outlook Strong interpersonal communication skills Pleasant, friendly dispostion Highly organized and detail oriented Health Benefits are available for full time employees Job Type:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
