Position Description
SUMMARY: The System Support Rep II position is a key member of the ECCS section of Technology at CTBI, and is tasked with ensuring that the company's 1000+ users have adequate working hardware necessary to do their jobs on a daily basis. This person is tasked with the necessary job functions for daily hardware support while ensuring that internal procedures are adhered to and actions are documented appropriately.
The System Support Rep II position's responsibilities include:
Daily management and troubleshooting of VMware virtual environment utilizing VMware vSphere Enterprise suite. Tasks include provisioning, troubleshooting, monitoring, and maintaining servers and workstations deployed in this environment.
Daily management and troubleshooting of CTBI's corporate SAN environment. Tasks include provisioning, troubleshooting, monitoring, and maintaining our current SAN infrastruction.
Branch and physical server management. Monitor and Maintain current branch and physical servers in use by CTBI. Tasks include Monitoring and maintenance of physical metrics and replacement on failure.
Disaster recovery as it pertains to other areas of responsibility. EMC recoverpoint maintenance and monitoring as related to virtual and san based assests. Monthly DR testing is required to ensure proper DR preparedness.
Design and Maintain corporate performance monitoring products including VMware vRealize, Solarwinds Network Monitoring, and Operations Manager.
Responsible for daily management and monitoring of corporate endpoint security including Carbon Black Protection, Carbon Black Response, Carbon Black Inspect, Mcafee EPO, Mcafee endpoint security, Mcafee Email Protection, and Mcafee HIPS.
Responsible for maintaining and daily operation of LogRhythm SEIM product.
Endpoint security troubleshooting and forensic monitoring using listed software products.
Works with ECCS manager on corporate backup software maintenance and monitoring using Veeam Backup And Replication 9.5.
Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager administration and troubleshooting in support of the applications department and ECCS software installs.
Designs and implements Group Policy changes as they relate to the ECCS department.
Monitors and Troubleshoots CTBI's Active Directory environment in support of the User Administration and Security Deparment.
Works with Systems Support Rep I to manage 3rd party managed print program.
DHCP/DNS server management.
Ensures all actions performed are in compliance with government regulations and organizational policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate for the System Support Rep II position will possess:
a High School diploma/GED (required) or an Associate's Degree or higher (preferred);
demonstrated proficiency with computer software applications used by CTBI;

adequate problem solving and multi-tasking skills; and
a valid driver's license for occasional travel requirements.
The System Support Rep II should also be:
honest and ethical, verifiable through character references;
outgoing, highly organized, persistent, flexible and able to focus on long term, team-oriented goals; and
a quick learner with the ability to excel in a highly technical and continually changing environment.
The effective System Support Rep II will carry out their job responsibilities in a highly competent and professional manner. Tasks should be performed in a timely fashion in adherence to departmental best practices to ensure the best possible user experience, the integrity of CTBI application and network security, and the confidentiality of all company and user information.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
